The Building Committee will frequently be meeting either virtually or in person with representatives from Studio GC, our architectural firm. The public may attend these meetings. Contact the Library for specific times, formats, locations and links.
The agenda for these meetings is to discuss the layout, plans, details, materials, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment for the new library. We are currently focusing on changes that can be made to reduce the costs of the building, with minimal impact to library services. We will also discuss the budget, the bid process and documents, and scheduling. This information will then be presented to the full Board for final decisions.
Tuesday, January 30, 2024, 4:00, Virtual via Microsoft Teams. Public may come to the library and attend the meeting or request an invitation by email. Notes from Jan. 30 meeting.
