The Library's New Building Construction Project is going out for bid in January 2025.
Bidding documents consist of drawings, project manuals, plus all addenda issued prior to bids; and may be obtained electronically from City Blue Technologies. (https://www.citybluetechnologies.com/online-planrooms/) on January 20th. Bid Advertisement.
Be sure to check all addendum.
A Pre-bid meeting for interested contractors will be held at the Library at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 28, 2025.
This meeting is not mandatory. Contractors may make a site visit and sign the form in the library.
Bid due date has been extended. Sealed bids will be received by the Library until 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, when they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The bids will be reviewed & hopefully action can be taken at the regular board meeting on Monday, March 10 at 4:30 pm.
[Since bid due date was extended, we will not hold a special board meeting on Feb. 24 to review the bids.
However, we will hold a regular board meeting on that date, postponed from Feb. 10 due to lack of a quorum.]
